Basic

  • $129.00 per month for accrual accounting / $79.00 per month for startup business bookkeeping (Cash basis)
  • Up to 70 monthly transactions.
  • Link up to 10 financial accounts

Bronze Premier

  • $309.00 per month for accrual accounting / $259.00 for startup business bookkeeping (Cash basis)
  • From 201 to 250 monthly transactions.
  • Link up to 15 financial accounts.

Gold Plus

  • $1549.00 per month for accrual accounting / $899.00 for startup business bookkeeping (Cash basis)
  • From 1,101 to 1,250 monthly transactions.
  • Link up to 20 financial accounts.

A quick insight into our pricing model

  • Transactions are calculated based on previous month general ledger, it includes all entries posted in books from banks, credits and JE’s. We will count the transactions in cash basis once we send you the financials and lock the books. Any year adjustments we post for tax purposes are free.
  • We never lock you in. We also make it easy to transition the process to your new team if you choose so. Just give us a month notice so we can wrap up things and handover books to your new team.
  • Behind on your books? need to catch up? add any amount of backlog bookkeeping to your plan. Please contact us.
  • Applicable only for accounting and startup business bookkeeping, for controller/virtual CFO/support for CPA/accounting firms contact us for customized quote.
  • Why transaction based pricing not hourly or per resource pricing.
    – Transaction based pricing is more aligned to your needs ie, your subscription grows with your business growth.
    – It is predictable.
    – No need of back and forth communication/proof for hours spent and supporting documentation for spike in hours.
  • The subscription includes most things a company needs; systems recommendation, bill pay, invoicing, monthly reconciliations, chart of accounts setup and monitoring, tax prep (helping answer year end accounting questions), payroll and payroll allocation, monthly team meetings and monthly reporting.
  • Add any addon’s like AR/AP liaison, sales tax filing and 1099 filing, inventory/asset management, budgeting setup, etc., contact us for more details.
  • The subscription is payable monthly in advance via ACH or we will send you a PayPal invoice.
  • Plans applicable for Quickbooks (both online and desktop versions),Xero,Wave and Freshbooks only. For other applications please contact us for more details.
  • We provide free services to small and medium nonprofit organizations please contact us for more details.
